Judge Shequitta Kelly was born in Michigan City, IN in 1977. She graduated from Michigan City High in 1996. In 1999 she graduated from Indiana University of Bloomington with dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. In 2003 she graduated from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
